1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Once your order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-5 business days, while other locations may take 5-7 business days. Remote areas may require additional time.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment until it reaches you.
5. Delays and Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of significant delays, our support team will keep you informed.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
